Dr Tess Pennefather

Registered Osteopath – MOst Med. BClinSc (OstSt)

Tess completed her studies at Southern Cross University in 2024 and is passionate about the structural application of Osteopathy.  She believes in creating holistic and individualized treatments and rehabilitation plans for her clients to manage their specific pain and dysfunction. Tess also works as a Sports Trainer at the Future Titans and Southport Tigers Rugby League clubs, where she gets to work with acute clients by applying immediate care to injured players and helping them return to play. She grew up playing multiple sports every afternoon, leading to a keen interest in assisting like-minded individuals to reach their goals and reach their full potential.

Tess’ enthusiasm about sport and health shows not only in her work professionally, but personal life as well. Tess represents Australia in her chosen sport of Oztag and competed in Ireland in the 2023 World Cup. Tess spends her free time training, hanging out with her friends or taking her dachshund Tilly for walks.
