Angus has a love for health and fitness, both personally and professionally. With a 15+ year history playing soccer, extensive gym experience and previous work as a labourer, he truly understands the stressors that manual labour and an active lifestyle can place on the body and the kinds of injuries that may be experienced.
Health and fitness are an integral part of his days. He loves a good steak and will most likely be seen playing football (soccer), Brazilian JiuJitsu, going to the gym, surfing or hanging out with friends in his free time.
Angus aims to alleviate the patient’s symptoms and help them recover by providing the necessary tools to achieve their goals and ideal outcomes. He designs a treatment plan using an individualised approach to each patient according to their needs with various techniques and exercises to promote the body’s ability to heal itself.
