3 ways to healthy feet

1. Reduce the use of shoes: Traditional shoes with narrow toe boxes can restrict the natural splaying of the toes, which is essential for balance and foot function. Therefore being barefoot more frequently allows for a more natural foot and toe position avoiding the formation of bunions, leading to better foot health .

2. Routinely wear toe spreaders: Due to the traditional shoes and their narrow toe box, the toes get jammed together and, over time, lead to adverse changes in the foot. Wearing toe spreaders can help the toes reverse what is happening to them in traditional shoes.

3. Perform ankle & foot strengthening & mobility exercises: Often overlooked, but performing these will help keep common foot conditions from occurring like plantar fascitis, shin splints & tendinopathies etc promoting healthy feet.
